Mark uses his 30+ years of financial services experience in the business/executive benefits marketplace to help credit unions offer customized retirement and benefit plans to their CEOs and executives. Mark works closely with each credit union to select the best solution for their needs from a wide-range of options, including key-person life insurance, split dollar plans, executive bonus plans and 401(k) plans. Mark attended Oregon State University and has been involved with the Austin Family Business program at Oregon State for over 15 years, assisting family businesses with their succession planning.
